It can also add an optional intelligent all-wheel drive. This combination allows it to offer a towing capacity of 7,500 pounds or take up to 5,150 pounds on board.

Technologically revised in 2022, the Ford Transit boasts a long list of onboard driving aids to keep occupants safe, including pre-collision assistance or lane tracking assistance. It can even add optional smart cruise control and 360-degree side and front cameras with cleaning spray.
